Things to Consider
1. Because this process deals with information it is important to hold the other persons information away from you as much as possible. If you don’t you can be made ill yourself! The simplest way to do this is to acknowledge that the other persons information is not yours and that you are effecting changes in them, not the other way around.
2. It is a good idea to perform a small, five to ten minute healing, on yourself after each session with another person. This will keep you from getting sick or accidentally passing illnesses from one sick person to another.
3. If you are feeling tired or weak after a session, stop for the day! You are not going to be able to give the next treatment the attention it deserves.
4. The greater your focus on the field of another and the greater (deeper) you mental level (brain-wave pattern) the more effect you will have. Practice and self-discipline are required for high-level healing. Don’t slack off thinking that half way is “good enough”. Not when you are potentially dealing with a persons life.
