Basic Healing Work

Meditation is a vital key to be able to heal, or perform any other psychic task, with good results. It is however, not the only key, so don’t feel that you have to wait twenty years to get started on these techniques. As with almost everything else in life you will find that you are much better able to perform a given task after working with it for a while. Meditation will just make it faster and easier to do and give you more consistent results. Here is how to perform a very simple field adjustment. It is the key to all of the effective healing techniques we will be working with.


Basic Field Adjustment.


A. Clear your mind of distractions. If you know how, go into as deep a mental state as you can.

B. Focus on the target of the healing. More to the point, focus on the information that makes up the target.

C. When you have a lock on the target, try to sense what, if any irregularities may be present in their field. If you are not sure what is normal and healthy, simply compare their field to that of another. This can be yourself or another healthy person.

D. Now feel* the changes you wish to make in their field taking place. This is a form of feedback. You will know you are doing it, as you will field their field shifting to the new form. Don’t be surprised if there is some resistance at first. It can take some time and effort to convince a sick field that it should change.

E. Now keep holding the field until it stays in its new form without your help. This can vary in the amount of time it takes. I recommend at least an hour just to make sure. Seldom will a field hold long term with less than forty minutes of work, so don’t be fooled into thinking that a few minutes is going to be good enough.

That’s it! That is all it takes for basic healing. At more advanced levels you can learn to target specific changes in a system. That is making alterations to the whole in a concentrated manner that allow for faster healing in a certain part of the person. Focus healing at the point of a cut or break for instance, without making changes to the whole field.
